The 1RMs will be proportionate to bodyweight. Might even do wilks

The rep challenges will be bars loaded with your own bodyweight

Ya Brian(?) you're actually strong as fuark lol 3 plate bench..I'm pretty sure only a handful of people can do that on here.

I really need to find a gym partner at SC. Wanted to go for the 120lb dumbbells for flat bench, but didn't risk it so I stuck with the 107s

I think I can bang out maybe 3-5 reps with the 120s

But ya I'm sick of training alone, or with people who can't even do half the weight I work with. No motivation, and can't risk going heavy. Send me your schedule, and maybe we can train together?
