sorry, i was out for a few days and missed the action, what this challenge thing thats going on. i voted but do i have to show a vid of me doing the challenge or what
Show a video of yourself doing the challenge, those with the highest number of reps for "Rep" competitions will win. Those with the highest lift for "1RM" challenges will win. This will be subjective to the challenge itself though..

Hey guys, do you guys know where I can get a 2 litre water bottles from? I see a lot of people carrying it around at the gym. My friend said I could get 1 at walmart but I went there and couldn't seem to find any. The brand is called h2o or something.

Poll is closed, thanks for voting! Based on the majority, we will begin with NFL combine 225 lbs for fitness challenge #1. It was a tie between this and pullup for reps, but because I personally favour bench press first, I get to decide For the next challenge, if there happens to be a tie again between pullups for reps and another challenge, favour will lean towards pullups for reps.
Rules are, but not limited to:
-post a video, front facing view showing your legs and feet firmly planted on the ground.
-you must reach lockout with each repetition, reps that do not reach full lockout will not be accounted for.
-if the spotter assists in any way, that repetition will not be accounted for
-this challenge will be divided into 3 categories: beginner, intermediate, advanced
Beginner (up to 150 pounds) -will be benching 135 lbs Intermediate (150 pounds to 200 pounds) -will be benching 185 lbs Advanced (200+ pounds) - will be benching 225 lbs
If you are in a lighter category and wish to move up to a heavier category, you may do so. However, if you are in a heavier category, you will not be allowed to move down a category.
There will be a winner for each category. Prize will be: Free title of your choice (PM it to me and I will decide if it's appropriate.) and also a free razor8 preworkout that I partly finished (3/4 left) for the first winner to PM me first (available for pickup)
-the title of your video must include your bodyweight, category(beginner, intermediate, advanced), number of reps you completed.
If you have any questions or comments, fire away. The challenge will begin tonight at 12:00pm and will last for two weeks (ending at Friday April 5th 12:00pm).

I will make an official entry with 225 in a week or two. The 225 vid will be from a better angle, showing bar touching chest, ass on the bench, and feet on the floor.
