buddy's getting on my nerves. i bring him to work out, and because he doesn't lift as much as i do, he gives me excuses like "don't really want to work out too much 'cause i don't want to be big"
even argues with me when i show him new exercises

like what the shit dude. ive been working out for a while now and i'm still small as fuck, you think you're gonna be phil heath overnight?
trying to help and motivate him, but he's too stubbornly unreceptive to new things so i give up. lol

Only thing you can do now is to get aesthetic as fuck, get all the girls, and then tell your buddy I told you so.
