I might as well just get that if its 15/session...

If someone who is an ectomorph; or someone who is already lean to begin with like 8-10% bodyfat like Red Sir, then I don't see how you can put so much bodyfat on, if you see something wrong in the mirror, then slow down the dirty bulk. (inb4 bs theory) Well bs theory I created. | Let's try to not use the terms "clean" or "dirty" bulk. There are no standard definitions to those terms, and classifying a bulk as clean or dirty alone is next to uselss. It comes down to whether you are hitting your macros or not. If you eat "clean" you will likely hit your macros. If you eat "dirty" you will not. However, you can eat clean and still miss your targets, and vice versa. Chris Jones may have eaten some crap here and there, but by the end of the day I'm gonna bet he hit his macros or was not too far off.

pepper bacon wrapped beef x2 smeared with 2 tbsp of peanut butter (if you guys never tried this you don't know what you're missing out on)
calorie check: 440 calories (beef) + 190 calories peanut butter = rougly 630 calories in one sitting
Eating while deciding b/w texas method or madcow stronglift 5x5 for the near future. Didn't like the way texas method was laid out for fridays and don't want to get into cleans just yet. Ended up going with madcow, and calculated the program. looks pretty promising

Anyone try Optimum Pro Complex Gainer with good results?
I just finished a tub of Precision Big Time and I'm looking to switch to a different weight gainer.
On another note is there such thing as too much creatine? For example, having 5grams in your pwo, whey protein, where both of these already had it incorporated when you bought it and adding a full serving of creatine mono added in your shake?
Been getting back into things after breaking my leg and can't seem to remember what's what...

i have it done for 12 weeks, but from what I know, it is linear progression 2.5% for as long as you make gains, and when you start to stall, you backtrack it 2-4 weeks so that you reach your current 5 rep max.

You think that it would be possible to start Madcow, do it for 4 weeks, then take a week off, and then continue with it? Or does it have to be a continuos 12 weeks? I kinda like it (a lot) and want to start it as well, but I have to go away for a week midway through the program.. You think I can just come back and continue with it?
