body collapsed today while doing deads . There's now a slight pain/soreness whenever I bend. Is there any stretches I can do to relieve the pain/soreness ? or any foam roller exercises ?
I assume you are talking about pain in your lower back? If so I think the best thing you can do right now is to avoid flexion. Do not stretch and do not bend at your lower back. Stretching may give you temporary relief but is counterproductive. If you sit for long periods, make sure your back is in as neutral of a position as possible.
Deloading it regularly would help too. Eg. hang from a bar or put your hands on a chair and lift your butt off the chair so there is no load on your spine. Do that for just a few seconds at a time, but multiple times a day.
That's just my 2 cents though, I'm sure some of the kin students in here can give you better advice.

found a sport 5.5 the other day for $200. However, want a U90 cause it is expandable
The urethane U90 is definitely what I want. Looked at fitness depot prices and it's gonna cost $654+tax to get up to 90 lbs
$1032+tax if I expand to 125lbs
Was sitting and studying on a hard surface today for an hour. Got up and got severe sciatica pain shooting down my legs. Barely made it to my car. I can barely walk and when I do its all hunched and crooked.... Hurts to sneeze, cough... Don't know what to do.

I had bad sciatica. Went away once I got orthotics, stretched my piriformis and also used a lacross ball on the piriformis. See if that helps Posted via RS Mobile
Not trying to be a dick, but why not join a gym, save money and have access to real equipment?
Setting up my home gym was the absolute best decision I have made in 2013 (lol).
Power rack + 350 lbs in plates + olympic barbell = ~$700 after everything.
I already have a bench and some dumbbells (50lbs) that I got for about $90 a couple years back so in total my setup cost around $800.
The power rack allows me to do squats, deadlifts, bench press (using the pins/safety bars and my bench--works amazing) and weighted pullups.
I can also do rows, curls, good mornings, calf raises, skull crushers, and a plethora of other exercises you can typically do with just a barbell, dumbbell, and plates.
I've looked at gym memberships in the past and they were on average about $50/month. Depending on where the gym is located, you could be easily spending an additional $20-30/month on gas alone driving there and back 3-4x a week. After accounting for this I pretty much make back my investment after one year, sooner if you factor in one of the most important savings a home gym can provide: time. I used to workout at a community centre and the total time spent driving there and back was 40 minutes on a good day. Assuming I get home from work at 6, that means it's almost 8 by the time I get back (again, on a good day). Now, I simply walk to my garage, do my thing, and am usually back in time before the hockey game starts at 7.
Of course, if I were to get the powerblock or get more plates as I progress, things will be different costwise, but looking long term you still come out ahead if you invest in a home gym. Of course, if you don't have the space for a home gym then you don't really have a choice.
