so the forearm pain started on Monday I worked through it and felt it dead lifting and yesterday it was at its worse and right now it hurts to pick up light objects and push objects, anyone know what It could be? Posted via RS Mobile |
there are numerous causes out there, could be carpal tunnel, tendonitis, etc. But assuming you this is a nerve impingement, try some radial nerve flossing Pain in the back of your arm? Try a radial nerve floss |
Kind of a stupid question but.. Out of curiosity, is there anyone who trains primarily for strength and not worry about their weight but has seen progressive weight gain throughout the years? I want to get out of that "bulking" type of mindset, and just train to get stronger without worrying about calories, and eat as I would normally. Would you guys say I would stay the same weight for 2 years, or seen some type of weight gain? |

Been deadlifting 295lbs for the past 2 weeks, but felt burnt out so decided to lift 275lbs. On my 5th & final rep, I had to re grip, and as I was halfway up my body gave out and I collapsed on to the ground. Will look into getting a belt now |
