there are numerous causes out there, could be carpal tunnel, tendonitis, etc.

But assuming you this is a nerve impingement, try some radial nerve flossing

Pain in the back of your arm? Try a radial nerve floss

Fcukedd 04-06-2013 11:58 AM

Kind of a stupid question but..

Out of curiosity, is there anyone who trains primarily for strength and not worry about their weight but has seen progressive weight gain throughout the years?

I want to get out of that "bulking" type of mindset, and just train to get stronger without worrying about calories, and eat as I would normally.

Would you guys say I would stay the same weight for 2 years, or seen some type of weight gain?

Me, that was what I was focusing on for the past year but problem is that i became a fat fuck and I'm currently cutting while maintaining and if not increasing strength and weight on working sets. If I were you I'd just keep doing what you're doing cause tbh I'm mirin those aesthetics :okay: nohomo

from my anecdotal experience, i gained like 10 lbs of mostly lean muscle in like a year. but now at my weight (178) the weight gain stagnates

i primarily ate whatever i wanted in that time span - alot of fried chicken and waffles.

It was a squat/overhead press/deadlift day

Been deadlifting 295lbs for the past 2 weeks, but felt burnt out so decided to lift 275lbs. On my 5th & final rep, I had to re grip, and as I was halfway up my body gave out and I collapsed on to the ground.

Will look into getting a belt now
