seriously, your muscles are barely starting to dense up. give it a year and they will be at their 'benchmark' where they are done hardening up and start to grow.

:werd: its take ages for your body to grow some serious muscle mass

MarkyMark 09-23-2010 05:39 PM

That's probably why people usually give up after a few months of working out

Try lateral raises leaning slightly forward with your pinky finger facing up. Always gets my rear delts goin'

Seated Bent Over Lateral Raise

Less weight, the better.

L0uie69 09-23-2010 09:59 PM

band pull aparts and face pulls will hit the rear delt nicely

Lolkai 09-23-2010 11:47 PM

holy fuck tried out that under 30min. squat exercise and i was sweating balls!
walked around campus whole day looking like a crippled to top it off...

heads up to anyone looking to buy gaspari superpump. they are including a free 280grams ontop of the 800 grams. yes i know its available at popeyes too but bb has it for a lot cheaper after u factor in shipping and conversion.

m4k4v4li 09-24-2010 01:14 AM

superpump is gross

am i retarded for not using pre workout pump/sups? i mean most of them are filled with some pretty unhealthy garbage. i dont ever find im that tired in the gym. i just get in the fucking zone. blast some beats maybe caffeine if i really need it

hal0g0dv2 09-24-2010 07:51 AM

IMO they are pretty worthless. Some aminos + caffeine is good, and that's what I'll do when I run out of the shit I bought to try out.

hal0g0dv2 09-24-2010 10:09 AM

Mr Olympia today whoooooooooo

I hate superpump. Find it gross too. Try out white flood by controlled labs. I've tried a bunch of preworkout supps and in my opinion nothing comes close to white flood.

ws6ta 09-24-2010 10:31 AM

how long does it take for a trueprotein order to get delivered?

try blackpowder, its pretty good as well. it makes me less jittery than superpump and i dont feel like sleeping/passing out as soon as im done working out.

incubus 09-24-2010 11:29 AM

i think white flood mite be better if you wanna avoid a shit load of caffeine found in 1mr, black powder is kinda hit or miss its like jack3d your body builds up a tolerance pretty fast

white flood is probly one the the best bang for buck pre workouts, 1mr for the hardcore stim freaks

sonick 09-24-2010 11:32 AM

I looked up the caffiene content in starbucks coffees today and was surprised that that the amount of caffiene in a full dose of 1MR is about the same as the amount in a Grande drip brewed coffee.

1MR has 300mg, a venti starbucks is like 415mg lol.

m4k4v4li 09-24-2010 11:46 AM

ok ppl r gonna call me out for being a bitch but I've always used the pad the cushion my neck/shoulders/traps when squatting. I just switched gyms so I do it without the pad. but next day it fucking hurts. I'll probably get used to it to the point that I'll feel no pain but thats got to be bad for you somehow?... having all that weight coming down on a condensed area? or am i just trippin... buddy told me to move the bar further down my back
