Nothing "happened". This wasn't an emergency surgery. You knew well ahead of time that this was scheduled, but you decided to go ahead and not reschedule it to a later date. Own up to your mistakes.

Fuck food poisoning and explosive diarrhea. My gains :(:(

hx2gls 04-26-2013 12:34 AM

Luckily for me I was able to eat solid food within a week of my wisdom teeth being removed. That and I wasn't working out back then so I didn't have to worry about losing gains

Calling it quits at club16, cant stand any of the people any longer. Making the switch to nash. $32/month student rate > $25/month for only 2 locations

can anyone recommend a gym around surrey/guildford area?
im gonna be working near there for the next 2 months and looking for a gym to go after work.

Ive tried the guildford rec centre, but the prices are a bit too steep for just 2 months.

Has anyone tried this before?
Bodycomp Imaging
Would be cool to get an exact bf% measurement.
Seems to be the most accurate way
The cost seems reasonable too

I'll be going to Brentwood/Kingsway more often. Let's get a work out in together sometime soon!

Ironically my nutrition has never been better since I'm forced to eat softer foods.

Anyone know when I can start hitting the gym again? I'm afraid of the blood clots getting dislodged from increased blood pressure when working out.

Anyone been in my shoes, and had their mouth bleed while in the gym? lol..

I was actually in the facility before, and they boast of being the only clinic to have the machine in vancouver lol.

I find the machine to be most useful for bone density and identifying problems with injuries and such

personally I find $100 for a bodyfat scan to be quite unnecessary for the average person

Coincidentally, I did recently as well. I trained a week after I got all four of mine taken out. I went 60 - 75% of what I normally do on a push workout (chest/shoulders/tris). I did not have a problem but had to be aware of my breathing as I couldn't use valsalva as often.

Thanks for the reply. Tomorrow will be my 4th day, and I'm planning on heading to the gym. Swelling has gone down by 85-90%, so I'm assuming I'll be pretty much normal tomorrow. I'll be super conscious about my breathing...hopefully it goes well

chin3se604 04-29-2013 12:35 AM

after a 3.5 week break due to a lower back injury... I'm finally back @ the gym !

spideyv2 04-29-2013 01:41 AM
