After taking those recommendations for knee stretches, wow, knee has never felt better. I use to sort of take my flexibility for granted, but now, stretches and a solid warm-up is in my books now.
Hoping to finally attain 3 plate squat this summer.

today i foam rolled/ lacrosse balled the entire body. focusing more around the knee region and low back.
Lower body, i stretched my achilles by squatting down and placing most of my weight and tension on one leg for a few minutes then to the next leg. next i did some hip flexors and hamstring stretch with a band. and lastly i stretched my groin by wrapping a band on my knee and around my knee, while laying down placing my feet on the wall with a wider than normal squat stance, this also done for a few minutes.
Upper body, I did shoulder dislocation, thoracic extension while laying on my foam roller, stretched my lats and pecs with bands. I m also focusing on trying to even out my shoulder height as i have one elevated than the other so i did some stretches on my left trap & sternocleidomastoid
if you youtube mwod or bryce lewis you'll find a lot of helpful exercises.
Had a sick hamstring workout today - gliding hamstring curls with gliders
Great rehab exercise and/or hamstring strengthening exercise. if done properly, you can really emphasize the eccentric component of it and get a really good negative out of it

Try Amazon. They usually have the same (or even lower) prices than BB, as well as cheaper shipping. Most things are even eligible for free shipping (assuming you pick it up from PR).
