Mirin hard for sure. For a noob like myself, can you give a little insight to how much weight you are typically lifting for those muscles? Bench press, squat, deadlift but your typical amounts, not just your 1RM? Thanks in advance! |

Down to 233, from 239 pounds a month ago. Good progress. Got hit by an episode this past week, but managed to push through and continue on with my training. PHAT is destroying me. |
