Well starting my diet on Monday my training regiment has been pretty consistent the last 2 months, 3 days HIIT and the rest I do minor card ie. Walking my dog for 35-45 then weights for 30-40 Right now I'm 5'10.5 at 205lbs, goal is to be under 180 by christmas Posted via RS Mobile |

you guys looking for some fat burning... have you considered joining any sport leagues if you arent in any already? my indoor soccer league is the best cardio ive ever done. its 5 on 5 including goalies in a school gym and plays like hockey but even a little faster. line changes on the fly. shifts are like 2 minutes long. we have 1 full line change worth of subs. so its like 2 minutes of busting ass, 2 minutes rest, repeat for an hour. when im playing, fat just melts off and my cardio increases like crazy. |
ive played hockey for like 10 years but my knees cant handle the leagues i played in anymore, hockey was better cardio than any HIIT i do in the gym, but even now my knees are holding me back my diet starting monday is basically going to be Atkins, high protein, 20g of carbs induction phase for as long as i can last a couple years ago using an ECA stack i went from 220 to 185 in 1.5 months, felt way better but got lazy and over the next 2 years put back on the weight, so if anything i'm looking to build lean muscle and get down to those numbers then work around that, my upper body and lower body is actually fairly tone, its just over-eating and drinking thats given me a gut, so trying to get rid of the gut to a manageble level lol |

1 day a week for me :) During summer, more like 1-2. Casual drinks 2-4 times a week during summer. |

i weigh 158 at 5'7 right now. i took a body composition test and my fat mass is at 25.6lbs. im pretty content with my muscle mass right now but i have a really bad belly which is my main reason of losing weight. ive also been bulking up since the past 3 months. went from 148lbs to 161lbs and just started cutting just less than a week ago. |
