Buy some heavy grippers like Captains of Crush or Heavy Grips... They did wonders for my grip strength and forearm size.

Love watching Rich's stuff. He admits hes been doing synthol/roids and doesn't give a fuck.
yep he is the one dude that is open about it, probably cause he did not make it in body building but still its nice to get some real info on the dark side

transformation from beast to mutant, i'd stay clear away from you on the streets

triple benched 315 yesterday -( form was more or less intact even as i hit the third rep, just went up a bit slower), after heavy squats (well for me that is, not for many of you here) that day lol. i decided i'll be testing my new max very soon in the next month or so. i expect to hit a very big pr before my birthday the coming month
just a reflection on my workout yesterday:
i have found heavy pullups with weight strapped around my waist to be very helpful in breaking my own bench plateaus
also unilateral seated rows have really allowed me to target the mid back, which is vital to a high bench. the muscles of the mid back play a huge role in keeping your body nice and tight while you bench
really starting to hate barbell rows because of the stress it places on my back, i feel like i'm focusing more on keeping myself bent in position (which really taxes out my lower back) rather than getting in quality movements for the upper back which is what the exercise is actually supposed to target. just my opinion though, i know some guys are in love with barbell rows
Freaking beast instant! What is your routine like nowadays? How many days per week do you bench/squat/deadlift?

Thanks dude! I know it's weird but i'm still sorta following the 5/3/1 percentages but i'm rearranging it in a different way. Some days I'll mix up the reps and sets so rather than doing 3x3 i'll do 6x3 with the first three sets being much lighter and the last three would be moderate weight, usually on wednesdays
Monday i'm doing legs and chest and upper back
Wednesday same as above
Friday i'm doing legs and shoulders
Every other week i'll do a full back day that includes deadlifts
kinda following what broken_arrow is doing, except i'm doing lesser frequency...
