After watching a bunch of Ben Rice videos on youtube, I got my hands on a guest pass at the oval. I've never done so many sets/volume for legs in my life but it felt good.
Its also weird seeing so many people deadlifting 315+ in one place since there are only a handful of people at my normal gym who can do so. I noticed no one does negatives though which is probably a side effect of having bumper plates.
So for the past 3 months, I stopped lifting after a minor shoulder injury to work more on conditioning and flexibility, especially in my hips to help me with my squats and deadlifts. I have butt-tuck. After 3 months, improvement in flexibility in all areas except for my starting position in deads, and in the lower movement of squats where my butt tucks and rounds my lower back. Did some experimenting. Slightly wider squat stance allows me to get to almost parallel safely, and my sumo deadlift stance is something out of heaven.
Anything I should be worried about, or pay attention to squatting and deadlifting with a stance wider than 'conventional'?
anyone know where to get workout chalk locally? I've tried popeyes and flaman fitness which were sold out, GNC does not sell them and sportchek's rock climbing chalk is sold out too.

You can gain weight cleanly. its just about not going crazy with bad foods and you can keep your fat gain to a minimum. (from all the articles I read online)
yeah i went with him to a supplement store( GHN ) we were talking to the guy the guy ask if he bulking or cutting my friend say he wanna gain mass/muscle and look lean so the guy ask how much he wanna gain my friend said 160lbs then he ask how much he weight now 130lbs at that point i just wanna leave and go home
he want to buy fat burner at first but then we change his mind so he wanted to get creatine alone now 200 servings or something
