lol cmon y'all know it ain't shit compared to your squats, i'm just happy its within a safe range away from my bench 1RM

funny thing is i've been doing a ton of cardio lately and lost alot of weight - stupid stuff like hiking for 6hours straight no break...

i think the biggest challenge was overcoming the knee pain that I had for half a year, once i got over that hump everything progressed well

Hit a new pr, not as sexy as instant but got 385 on squats. 40lb jump from 345 after the smolov program.
