Hey guys, so I was at the gym earlier today doing deadlifts, and a girl came out of no where and asked me how many sets I had left. Does she want it? Am I in? How should I approach her the next time I see her? |

Good read on Craze etc. I've made a decision to ramp up my intensity and work harder in the gym. For the past 6 months I haven't made much progress (lifting essentially the same weights and rarely pushing for PRs). Been 6'0" 185 for months. I'm now riding my bike to the gym (5k each way) 4-5 days per week. |

With all the fuss going on between phil and kai regardless of whether or not phil has a better chance, the judging panel is definitely going to get pressured to adhere to the growing population of kai fans and watching a few of kai's recent vids, not sure what new drug he's on, but that new trainer knows his shit and the dude is packing on some serious size |

Repped 495lb on the racks (bar just under knee) at the end of my back workout! Never deadlifted anything over 4, so it felt unreal putting on 5. Been on Wendler for 4 months now...super curious to figure out my 1RM for deadlift. Feelsgoodmen |
