With you Berz. Been doing Layne for a long time now and PRs on compound lifts are few and far between. Been steadily increasing on things like flat bench dbs, seated db press, skull crushers, and other isolation

WTF. Can't order MP Assault or C4 preworkouts on bb.com. I contacted them and they had this to say:

Im sorry, but due to recent customs restrictions, this cant ship to Canada. Sorry about that. We have a ton of different countries on our website and the list of illegal ingredients for each can change on a daily basis so it is hard to determine which products can and cannot be shipped to every country. However our website is set up awesome and error will actually come up for products that cannot ship to your country and will not allow you to finish purchasing.

c4 is not available to ship over to canada i believe but assault should be fine.... i just ordered 2 32 servings on sunday work fine maybe ur over the 90 days supply?

Bodybuilding sucks IMO Overpriced shipping, and long delivery dates.

Been using Amazon for the past couple of months for all my orders. Usually free shipping, and I ship them to PR.

Amazon has also introduced an "Add-On" item where they can sell stuff for a lot cheaper but the cart has to be at least $25.
Here's Muscle Pharm's creatine for $10/tub. I was able to get to the end of the checkout with 3 in my cart, so definitely not a bad price (compared to BB's $20/tub).



For those who can't drive down to PR, you can also join Amazon CA, and do the trial for prime membership, which provides free 2-day shipping. Granted that prices are generally higher on the Canadian site, but probably still better than BB.com

Yah I have noticed that bb.com's prices aren't not that great anymore. Shipping/taxes etc have gone up.
