settled into calgary. wrist still sprained, had to reducemy weights. No overhead press. had to change my grip for bench, and had to drop my weight alot.
I feel fat next to everyone at UofC. Alot of atheletes in there.
eating at home, becaues i have a nice kitchen now. Im finally gonna hit my fitness goals.
Great running outside of my place too. Calgary is beautiful. People need to stop drinking the Vancouver water.
