I just went to walmart, picked up some Magnesium and Zinc pills…90 capsules @ ~$4 each. Not to shabby id say. They are no name but i dont think it really matters. The cheapest Vit. D was $10 for 500 capsules…i skipped on that for now. |

Feel great after today's workout. High pulls, inc. db press, and front squats. My wrist is fine as long as I don't rotate it. I actually failed on squats on my 20th rep. Luckily I had the safety bars up! |
