Is it cheapest to buy vits/minerals from a local place like Costco or is there a better alternative online?
I usually buy my iso whey from costco as they have pretty good prices Posted via RS Mobile
It all depends... If you are gonna only buy a couple things then just go to the local store.. If you are paying $10 shipping on $30 worth of stuff and the difference in price of online vs buying from the store is like $5-10 buck is it really worth it when you can have the product in your hand that day.

I was looking into starting working out again, I used to work out before but I'm a complete beginner. I did mostly cardio and then arms/core and a bit of legs. I didn't know exactly what I was doing and I usually had a friend telling me what I should do.
Are there any workouts you guys would recommend to get me back in the gym? I'll probably be working out every other day. Just wanna lose the weight I gained over the summer and get a bit toned. Don't really want to do something like p90x just something casual and then when I have more time I can start working on something like p90x.
