It all depends... If you are gonna only buy a couple things then just go to the local store.. If you are paying $10 shipping on $30 worth of stuff and the difference in price of online vs buying from the store is like $5-10 buck is it really worth it when you can have the product in your hand that day.

i know it's probably been said before, but outside of bodybuilding.com where is the best online store, trueprotein.com i think was mentioned?

also are there online stores that will ship ephedrine within canada?

Man I was just looking at some of those muscle pharm products, they have to be the worst company today when it comes to overhyping bunk crap products. I thought muscletech was bad, but these guys are far, far worse!

gym tonight was goodish
warmed up with incline bench
bench press, still only hitting 145x6x3 cant say im too happy about that i did 165 regularily before hollidays, but whatever itll come back
close grip cable rows
did some standing military press for the first time 60x6x2 70x6x2
chin ups
then jumped in on dead lifts 275x6x2 and 295x3

getting back in to the swing of things for sure, hopefullly i can stop making excuses soon and talk about making gains again

Obliques? These are the ones I do.

DB Side Bends (Everyone's favourite), oblique crunches, oblique crunch w/ ball.

Hey guys,

I was looking into starting working out again, I used to work out before but I'm a complete beginner. I did mostly cardio and then arms/core and a bit of legs. I didn't know exactly what I was doing and I usually had a friend telling me what I should do.

Are there any workouts you guys would recommend to get me back in the gym? I'll probably be working out every other day. Just wanna lose the weight I gained over the summer and get a bit toned. Don't really want to do something like p90x just something casual and then when I have more time I can start working on something like p90x.

1) supraspinatus injury

2) my whole shoulder girdle on my right shoulder is dropped forward for some reason

3) physio is a bitch

haha been having killer headache just got over a stomach flu thank fully it wasnt an ulcer

but working out and trying not to fart with the fear of shitting your pants is probly one of the hardest things to do
