What's really in a McDonald's hamburger?

Man keeps McDonald's burger for 14 years and it looks exactly the same as the day it was first flipped in Utah | Mail Online

where's skinny when you need him?

For anyone who has problems with lagging chest development, try a few sets of pushups at the end of your workout. Been doing that for 2 or 3 weeks and my chest looks quite a bit better lol

pushups for chest development period

i've always advocated this and always will... if you are a nub and struggle with bench, pushups till the death

if it gets to be too light for you, throw on some chains, or stack on some plates on your back.

I prefer it to another closed-chain movement like the floor press, because pushups let you do full ROM.

They boast that it's 1.2lbs but I have a nice but simple hoodie I got at Costco years ago for $30. It weighs 2.4lbs. You can't explain that

definitely, and once you add things like pause presses and play around with different hand placements they're amazing.
Also it's pretty awsome that no other exercise can give me a greater pump than the pushup lol

could you guys recommend me a waist support that could be worn thru out the day to prevent injuries?

my old man does landscaping and hes been getting lower back pains.

honestly,

It is hands down the best hoodie i have every bought, Its fucking thick and will last for ever. the stitching in it is crazy and the fit is amazing, it tailored to big dudes with big upper body's and it stream lines down towards the waist not just a block. I have tried on so many hoodies and sweaters and they just dont fit. So yeah i am willing to spill out some more money for something that will take a beating in the gym and last forever. not many people know what gasp is anyways so its cool cause no one else has one except my buddies but i am the only one with triple xl lol

this has long been explained/debunked. fucking supersize me, had to watch it in hs now its brainwashing a nation of retards

Quote:

“There have been a lot of online videos and photos touting the fact that when left out for an extended period of time, a McDonald’s hamburger does not rot and that this is because they are laden with chemicals. The reality is that McDonald’s hamburgers, french fries and chicken are like all foods, and do rot if kept under certain conditions.

Essentially, the microbes that cause rotting are a lot like ourselves, in that they need water, nutrients, warmth and time to grow. If we take one or more of these elements away, then microbes cannot grow or spoil food.

In the example of a McDonald’s hamburger, the patty loses water in the form of steam during the cooking process. The bun, of course, is made out of bread. Toasting it reduces the amount of moisture. This means that after preparation, the hamburger is fairly dry. When left out open in the room, there is further water loss as the humidity within most buildings is around 40%. So in the absence of moisture or high humidity, the hamburger simply dries out, rather than rot.
