How many of you actually "feel good" after eating a meal at mcdonald's Yea, I agree that it tastes good, but after, when your stomach is hating you, that's telling you something.

Go ahead and keep eating Mcdonald's and keep telling yourself eating the most processed of meat, and most refined of all bread is good for you.

Supersize me is stupid... They changed too many variables.
They should've changed only his diet instead of making him walk less/exercise less
Forgot what else they changed too.

You guys should seriously consider buying a vitamix. Best 500 I've ever spent.. Beats the hell out of my old magic bullet. Grinds my oats into a cocoaine consistency that mixes perfectly with water without any of the chunks. Now i can easily drink 5+ cups of oats a day haha

Anyone else ever get popped ears after working out? Get it once in a while, but when it does happen it's ridiculously difficult to get rid of. Did a bit of research and apparently it has something to do with breathing improperly??? Happened again just now

it's probably because you eat it regularly so your body is accustomed to it.

i bought one last summer( around $379.99 from the states ), its pretty awesome

the shakes/smoothies I make at home tastes exactly like the ones they make at Jugo Juice if not better and for a fraction of the price too. Plus i make drinks for the family... money well spent.
