when do you guy usually do biceps? biceps by far is the smallest on my body( can't even tell if i even lift just by looking at it) 85% of my arms is pretty much triceps

I'll trade with you any day of the week. 85% of my arm is bicep... got like zero tricep. So when ppl see me flexing my arm they're all like "holy shit that's scary", which I admit it is...
Damn, tonight around midnight at the gym... I had my noise cancelling studio headphones on blasting music across on the other side of the gym. I could EASILY hear the group of guys yellin and groaning away while they did dumbbell presses. So ridiculously not necessary. A few of us were looking at each other like wtf Posted via RS Mobile

yeah i will just throw biceps in randomly and just do hammer curls. i really dont like traning them and i really never have, triceps on the other hand yesssssssssssssss

I remember a few of you saying a while back that you can't feel your delts doing the DB press. Try doing the hammer strength shoulder press instead I tried it at the ymca downtown yesterday and its amazing. The downtown location is so much better than the langara ymca lol Posted via RS Mobile
