if you bench, squat, deadlift, you weight train. you are not a power lifter (unless you compete). i have more than just broscience as a background. the only person that i will respectfully debate with is instantneedles
that is true i only debate with phil heath and dan green cause they are beyond this treads lvl of intelligence
and how does a fucking girl doing splits help me, get the fuck out of my way bitch im trying to lift, by all means you can stand and chat with the "hot chicks " while i am warming up with your maxes

warming up with my max wasn't one of the two options I listed. I listed
1) popping a boner of a male squatting (editted from deads)
2) creeping at a girl doing the splits.
I chose number 1 for you. You can't choose warming up with my max, because I didn't list it.
My 2nd set of my 5x5 squats this morning. the rest were all completed. I'm working towards 315 for perhaps 1 or 2 reps
I should really stop wearing this shirt on days where i film
Who am I?
You sure you want to know?
The story of my life is not for the faint of heart. If somebody said it was a happy little tale... if somebody told you I was just your average ordinary guy, not a care in the world... somebody lied.
I am a douche-ridden, costume-cloathed powerlifter and spiderbro in disguise. My name..... is Peter Parker.

Although he's being a real idiot, I can agree with Spidey on one thing. Just because you bench, deadlift, squat does make you a powerlifter. Powerlifiting, olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding are specialized fields, even separate sports. You're not classified as an athlete in one or the other unless you specialize and dedicate your training specifically to excel in ONE of these areas. It's the same concept as just because you cook yourself dinner does not make you a chef.
That being said, you are free to say that you do powerliftING programs and parameters. Still barely qualifies you to be a powerliftER.
Too much broken shit there and the yearly fee... I saw no improvements. Cxl'ed as well.
Same broken bars, treadmills, yadadada.
Great price but for a reason. I rather not pay for my own death when one side of the Olympic bar comes off and the differential weight balance causes me to wreck my shoulder/leg/face.

Someone should give him a bike already, I swear he looks relatively the same after all these years. Edit: I take that back, he looks like he slimmed down. Good that he has a better diet.

not sure if tripping, but pretty confident that doing your maxes on the platform makes you a pl'er. peter pham (youtube video that was posted) did just that, no?

you should tell them you're not natty, that's what you should tell them.
You were bitten by a radioactive spider and have never set foot in a gym! Fuckin superhero's giving lifting advice when they're genetically altered by accident and never had to put in any work... gimmie a break

do you think I ASKED to be bitten by a god damn spider?
my lifts have all plateaued...how do I get them up? I've tried doing heavy doubles and triples and I've also tried doing higher reps. It is mostly my bench/OHP that has plateaued, help!
Reduce volume, retain intensity.
or
Retain volume, reduce intensity.
I'd choose the first option and just do these for your primary lifts. You'll come back refreshed and ready to rock and roll the week after
bad idea imo unless youre plateaued from injuries or worn down/fatigued, etc then i would deload
your body tries to remain in a constant state of homeostasis. if you are plateauing it is likely due to an adaptation to your current working load. so, by increasing volume and/or intensity you will be fatigued in the interm, supercompensate then pr
remember strength is all form work and increasing you work capacity through some combination of volume, intensity or both and/or addressing weak muscles/biomechanical inefficiences
No but he got a sweet pic and Jeff posted it on his FB page and got 7k likes last I saw it. Haha he looked messed. Love the MISC tank Jay where can I get one. Hard to find me with straps like that.
