For fcks sake. So I finally got a call from ford about my focus st I factory ordered. Should be delivered dec. 2nd... It's already been two months without a car I can't stand this barely working out. With my work schedule and location of the gym it's really hard to work everything into a day.

Lol it's easy to make excuses but I sure don't like it. Especially when I see you guys rockin 160lbs and crazy mass. Truly impressive.

So during winter do most you guys cut or bulk? I assume bulk since the weather outside is shitty

I already posted in the supps thread but does anyone here want the rest of my Dymatize Elite protein powder? I cannot stand the taste anymore. I bought a 5lb tub and put up with it since September. The flavor is Rich Chocolate with the "New Improved Taste." I've got about a good 2 inches left from the bottom.

Elite 100% Whey Protein by Dymatize at Bodybuilding.com - Lowest Prices on Elite 100% Whey Protein!

Also if anyone here eats oats, specifically plain Quaker Rolled Oats, I have a 5lb protein tub half full of it that you can also have.

Send me a pm.

For those of you with experience squatting in weightlifting shoes (shoes with a heel raise), and use them for low bar powerlifting type squat, how high do you recommend the heel to be?

I've heard that 0.5 inch height is ideal, but not entirely sure

Is it normal for bones to pop during workout? Been noticing my bones always pop about when I workout, more specifically the elbow and shoulder joints.

if by pop you mean a clicking sound, I sometimes experience that in my shoulder joint during lateral raises. If it always pop, then there might be something wrong, either bad form or muscle imbalance. But if you experience no pain, then I don't see any problem with it as well. For elbow, I guess go slowly into the heavy weights. For shoulders, do rotor cuff warmup. And I found that my shoulders clicked less often when I started adding muscles on the back.

IMO there really isnt difference between any carb source, i could be wrong though. a piece of whole wheat bread and a can of coke just gets converted to glucose (the carb portion anyways) and calories anyway

i know people refer to the GI index, but most athletes don't really pay any attention to it anyways from what i see, and its importance is gladly overstated

of course if you're trying to cut i would definitely just stick with water etc
