My wrist is still pretty fucked up from last week, so this time I will have to skip my usual Monday workout of Deadlifts, Chinups, Decline Barbell Press, and Calf Raises.

I'll try to do work that doesn't use my wrists at all.. So Leg Press + Hamstring machine, Fly machine, and I'll see what I can find to hit my back (and suggestions?).

lower back you can do good mornings, or the lower back extension machine or rack


is it fucked for pushing and pulling?

Weighted hyperextensions. Not sure if a weighted vest is common in commercial gyms though. And if you have access to a cambered bar, good mornings. The bigger diameter of the cambered bar barbell does not require you to hold on to the barbell as you normally would. OR, even better, safety squat bar.

I actually prefer the cambered bar for Good mornings regardless. Doesn't roll up on your neck as much and you can load up the plates.

No, I can push and pull with my wrist just fine, it's rotation that hurts. But I think I stretched the tendons pulling last monday. I can do the workouts just fine, but it is not healing so I want to give it a break. I at least want to avoid repeating the exact same workout that injured it in the first place.

Good Mornings is a good idea, I always wanted to try those. I always had a desperately weak lower back. I'll have to use a normal barbell though.

cant wait to hit chest hard tomo, unfortunately only got 3 hours sleep last night :( , do you guys have trouble getting in 8 hours every night?

From the stuff Ive heard about 1mr, im definitely picking up a few...

Although, I heard the crash is pretty bad.. might help me get 8 hrs of sleep though. I can never seem to sleep enough.

1mr is lethal hahahaha, i would take it at 3pm....i wouldnt sleep at all that night....id just lay there and toss and turn all night...4 times a week...

Not at all. Work hard, eat lots, avoid stims after 7pm, and you should be sleeping like a baby. Take Magnesium at night to help, and melatonin once in a while.

If anything, 1MR will have the opposite effect. 300mg of caffeine is a lot to take at once. About 12 cups of coffee IIRC. It would be quite dangerous if you have even the least chance of heart issues and anxiety problems.

Tweaked my wrist on saturday, and just feeling lethargic at the gym in general the past few weeks. Could be beacuse I went to a 3-day routine vs 2. Gonna take a week off and go back to going to the gym every other day instead of 3 days straight.

i feel great, havent felt this good in over a month, diet is getting back to normal, sleep back to normal.
cant wait to hit gym tonight :thumbsup:

superdump only seems to keep me awake if i dont destroy myself in the gym. so its extra motivation to get the supersets going

I think even half a scoop is more than sufficient. But skinny is right, work your ass off in the gym and you'll sleep just fine. I've had no issues

One venti starbucks drip coffee has ~415mg of caffiene. Grande's have ~330mg.
