If you guys bulk and eat eggs, how many yolks do you eat? I usually boil like 3 eggs and 2 yolks top. It's a waste but I hear the cholestrol isnt too good for you |

There's absolutely nothing wrong with that However, if you want to be a big, strong, overall badass.. you are doing a big disservice to yourself by neglecting calories because they could "potentially" be unhealthy debating over eggs? really? lol... and because of cholesterol? this is madness... |
