If you guys bulk and eat eggs, how many yolks do you eat? I usually boil like 3 eggs and 2 yolks top. It's a waste but I hear the cholestrol isnt too good for you

The study showed that after fairly vigorous workouts, participants who had gained the most muscle mass also had the highest levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol, "a very unexpected result and one that surprised us. - See more at: Bad Cholesterol Not as Bad as People Think, Study Shows | College of Education and Human Development

"The nutrition thing has been blown way out of control. While you should eat healthy foods, you don't have to eat like a bodybuilder. I'd bet most of the lifters we have get less than one gram per pound of body weight of protein, and eat whatever they want. The cleanest eating people I know are also some of the weakest. This is why we don't say a lot about it."

-Dave Tate

If you want to be lean, healthy, have a six pack, then eat as healthy as possible. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that

However, if you want to be a big, strong, overall badass.. you are doing a big disservice to yourself by neglecting calories because they could "potentially" be unhealthy

debating over eggs? really? lol... and because of cholesterol? this is madness...

hal0g0dv2 11-28-2013 11:04 AM

I just eat the yolks no whites

well done with that form. I'm trying to get more into lifting and am working on my flexibility to be able to get to parallel.

On a side note, did anyone notice that kid on the bench press at 0:37...

That looks like Thompson community center. The ironic thing is, there's actually a sign you don't see on the wall behind him that says "must have a spotter to use bench press"

man training in richmond is such a joke. if you're a man struggling with 135 for squats or deads you're probably better off checking with the doctor to see if you have functioning testicles

btw great interview lotsa useful information

not too sure if this belongs in this forum so i apologize in advance, but does anyone here have a motorcycle? I'm considering getting one but don't know if it'll be safe after leg day, as stupid as that sounds lol. Don't want to cramp up while I'm riding and dying because of that..
