After taking Jack3d and 1MR , I will never touch anything with 3,1 - dimethylamine in it again. go google it.

buddy i had a cold and a sore throat today and hit the gym and guess what.. i felt stronger then last week and was able to get another 1-2 reps in for dumbbell press hahaha.. i had a great workout today :D

last friday i had the sore throat and slight chills, did cardio then weights for 45 min, felt even shitier after so figured id get at least 90% over it before going back

Shit you're right, I forgot how much caffeine drip coffee has in it. I usually base my caffeine intake on Coke Zero (around 50mg per bottle/35mg per can)

last week i had bad gas but i went to the gym anyway and by the time i left the gym my gas was gone

on a serious note, do you guys pack your pwo shake to the gym with you? you always read about "the first 15 minutes after a workout" being critical
its probably closer to half an hour for me before i get my shake in me after a work out.
should i worry about it?

I do, but I doubt it matters much. I just take 2 Blender Bottles to the gym, one with pwo and the other with my workout drink. It's not inconvenient so why not right?

not exactly scientific via wikipedia, but Dimethylamine is a precursor to several industrially significant compounds

in fact, it can also be derived to make an antihistamine

so does this mean it is harmful? potentially harmful ? or something the liver / kidney can take ?

From my research, the reason jack3d / 1mr can make you angry is because 3,1 - dimethylamine induces production of adrenaline. and causes stim dick too lol

^who knows what you're taking with all of these "proprietary compounds"

like i said a while ago, id rather take a supplement from a bigger company like Gaspari or AllMax, etc, than one from a small company that might actually be brewing your supplements in a bathtub. a larger company has more at stake, and more to lose by putting out harmfull products.

thats not to say that FOR SURE superpump250 is better for you than 1MR, but what do we really know?

we all try so hard to avoid eating fast food and garbage, but then go home and take a drink of what could very well be extremely harmful chemicals over the long run. i would say taking a bit of precaution is a worthy life investment.

Yeah I ended up still going to the gym cause I didn't want to sacrifice missing a workout! Everyday counts!

Honestly its not even about the motivation though. If your sick, you shouldn't think otherwise and just go depending on how sick you actually are that is.

Spent the last 3 solid days drunk the entire time. Haven't had that much fun in years.. maybe ever. Feel like shit... Time to make up some time tomorrow.

been off pre-workouts for about alomost a week wow does it make a difference in what i can lift but with the new diet i feel like i have more energy so kinda balances out

weres this work out thing that you can sign up for on here???

I don't know what I did to my arm at the gym but the next day it felt like it was hit with a baseball bat...talk about extreme pain I couldn't even sleep last night. It seems to be getting better today but I'm gonna give it some rest for a few days
