i know new years resolutions are for those that don't and should have goals set already, but everyone has to start somewhere i guess my goals: to lift undisturbed and injury free (no SI pain, no PFS, no rotator cuff tears, no joint pain in general), to lift w/o ego and listen to the body (ie. lifting lighter when i need to). in essence, granted these things happen, I'm really not aiming for any specific numbers... I will let my hardwork and training decide for me what those numbers should be. oh and also to be big and strong Happy new years, and cheers to a muscular 2014! |
