Cant say for the creatine.. but the whey is expensive.. go to any reflex and you can get the 5lb tub for 65 bucks ISH...
That makes the creatine 60-70 bucks to equal the 130 that they are offering if you bundle the whey together..
I dunno for sure though.. i am just comparing to the price i get at my local reflex.. with the 10% discount you get for putting your name into their system lol
I just started working out at home, prepped my body for the last two weeks, eating right, lots of water, proper sleep, now I'm ready to fight this weight loss battle once more.
Basic stuff, I have a pretty good treadmill at home, Push-ups, sit-ups and squats. I started today.
I did get quite a sweat running from squats (w/o weights), but I still feel like I'm doing it wrong, YouTube video's aren't too great either. I'll need to get a friends help for this.

About 6 years back now, I lost around 90lbs. over a span of half a year, I had a good workout schedule, eating healthy, and didn't use any supplements, it was all natural. I kept it off for a couple years, but then it started to creep back on as I started getting busier, and started slowly introducing junk foods into my system. I gained a total of 50lb. back and have kept it steady at that. But now i'm looking to lose that again. I'm committed and serious, I want to look damn good before I tie the knot.

Gyms full of bitches, guess new year resolutioners arent so bad after all.
Skinny chick with a tramp stamp walks in my gym tonight and gets on an elliptical wearing just a sports bra and booty shorts. All guys in the gym be mirin' until an employee tells her to put some clothes on. After arguing for a few mins she stormed out and asked for her money back. Posted via RS Mobile
