How many grams of sugar a day should i be limiting myself while dieting? I have upped my veggies and cut out most of everything other than fruits, but i forgot how muh sugar fruits actually have. I've been having two apples, two oranges and a banana each day. I have a feeling that's too much

I don't worry about sugar unless it's not fruits
I have been dieting past 2 months and still eating fruits pretty hard
Apples and bananas and raspberries
But only sugar I have is from fruits unless it's skim milk

Had a friendly competition with a few who lift at my school.

Came 1st and broke a 70lb total PR!!

Squat 345
Deadlift 365
Bench 205

Just really happy with the results. 70lb gain in 2 months.
Also, 900lb club :fullofwin:

Anybody ever try p90x? What do you think of it? Did it work for you? I'm looking to get into other types of workouts I can do at home by myself.

Where can I buy the sponge floor mats... similar to this...

I downloaded the p90x stuff a long time ago. Can be intense at times for sure. I just wrote down the exercises and did a few of them at the gym in my own time. Nice to use free weights to really help build up core strength and balance

I was doing p90x during my rehab for my knee (i know... kinda retarded, but i modded the exercises for my disability lol). its a good program that helps with your stability and endurance. weak sauce in terms of strength gains but thats not really what your looking for anyways. The Ab ripper is the hardest lol.

Thanks, yeah, im not looking to bulk up, or get ripped or what not. Just processing my nutrition and workout to make my body healthy. Not looking for a program or diet per say, as I'm trying to make create a lifestyle of healthy choices in my life.
