How is it compared to your old gym? |
my old gym were community centres lol, any gym is going to be a huge upgrade over that. if your wondering what it's like inside, its pretty much a big warehouse full of gym equipment, decent amount of free weights, 3 squat racks, benches, basketball gym, squash courts, section for girls, lots cardio equipment, bunch of machines, individual showers. Overall, pretty good atmosphere for me. They can give you a tour of the gym and you can decide whether you want to sign up for it. They always seem to have deals as well. |
Ill try it out some time this week. Starting my first bulk today. Really not looking forward to cutting after I get some decent size. |
So yesterday I was doing chest, did 2 sets of normal bench at like 12 reps a set @ around 100lbs then did 4 sets of incline at 12-15 reps then some overhead curls or w/e it's called laying on my back at about 35 pounds How come my chest ain't hurting today Posted via RS Mobile |
