Best bet might be dropping in ($5/time) at Canada Games Pool in New Westminster. IIRC they have some really heavy dumbbells. (Also has 4 cages, and an Olympic lifting platform with tons of weight and bumper plates)

Are you doing the lean gains training, or just doing your own thing?
I haven't done biceps for 3 weeks and just for the hell of it decided a set after my normal compound routine. Lifted 45's like I'd normally do 35's..but bench is still weak lol Posted via RS Mobile |

if your lifts aren't going up it boils down to two things that feed off each other
1. technique
2. frequency
if you're not practicing enough (frequency) you won't develop your technique. also hitting the main muscles involved in the lift with certain accessories will help. lats > (pulldown, chins/pullups), tricep > (cgbp, dips) etc

Just having protein for lunch is fine... It's the same as taking a protein shake and not eating anything else, its not going to affect your heart. Your friends are broscientists.

According to my broscience friend eating a low carb diet will cause organ failure.
