Speaking of SC it was fucking dead here tonight. Me, a few youngin's and the older Asian guy who i can never remember his name (who in my head i call yoda)

I had no grip tonight. A background headache threw me off my game :( squats were feeling akward as fuck. But couldn't sleep so better than sitting on le couch

Update:

I've been hitting a community center gym lately (convenient), it does the job. It has been a struggle hitting the gym with work now and I'm only in there 2-3x/week for like 30 mins per. Gained a bit of fat and I'm at around 10-12% BF now and 190 lbs.

Weights wise, benching 2 plates for 8-10 reps/set. Squatting 3 plates for 3-4 reps/set & 2 plates for 10-12 reps/set. Deadlifting 5 plates for my 1RM (had a 535LBs 1RM before my injury) but I usually just do 3 plates for 10 reps/set.

Keep up the good #'s guys.

So, do any of you guys do sports as well? Or just the gym? Ie: hockey, ultimate, soccer etc

Fuck, did some 365 squats but only for 2 reps, 3 sets, feeling hella weak after my toe injury. Used to be able to do reps of 4-5. And lost a bit of size. Feelsbadmen

lol 10-12%.. you make it sound like you're obese or something lol. 190 at that percentage pretty much crowns you king of aesthetics

trying to get back to my old powerlifting levels after getting bronchitis and the flu and a host of other illnesses. took 2 scoops of preworkout and absolutely demolished my body. im riddled with doms but i luv it. I did squats, deadlifts, bench, shoulders, and back.

thats pretty much me trying to get home

When i say small pause, i literally mean it haha
It was to prevent the bar from bouncing from my chest. If i did a full 1-2sec pause
i'd probably get crushed:lawl:
