I've been hitting a community center gym lately (convenient), it does the job. It has been a struggle hitting the gym with work now and I'm only in there 2-3x/week for like 30 mins per. Gained a bit of fat and I'm at around 10-12% BF now and 190 lbs.
Weights wise, benching 2 plates for 8-10 reps/set. Squatting 3 plates for 3-4 reps/set & 2 plates for 10-12 reps/set. Deadlifting 5 plates for my 1RM (had a 535LBs 1RM before my injury) but I usually just do 3 plates for 10 reps/set.
Fuck, did some 365 squats but only for 2 reps, 3 sets, feeling hella weak after my toe injury. Used to be able to do reps of 4-5. And lost a bit of size. Feelsbadmen Posted via RS Mobile
