Squat is plateauing at 315 for 3, but deadlifted
375 for 5 last week w/ straps and belt though

Both i guess. Each pallet weighs about 80lbs so it's a nice warm up for the day. The stack is about twice my height

Just had minor surgery today to get rid of a pilonidol cyst removed on my tailbone. No lifting for 2 weeks minimum.

Lift dem big weights for me guys.

Good job! No smal feat. I did at my old gym but my current gym requires shoes. I bought some Adidas power lifting shoes and haven't looked back.

Deadlifting with oly/powerlifting shoes isnt the greatest because of the raised heel that creates a greater distance of the movement almost like a deficit deadlift.
I know because I use to do it and everyone would hate on it so hard lol

Gonna start candito's strength program on monday. Seems promising. Getting tired of PHAT, too many isolation exercises.
