Deadlift pr session last saturday. 2 days later I feel this dull pain on both sides of the outer hip. Cant sleep because the pain increases as I lay down. I feel fine during the day zero problems. Anyone experience this before? Posted via RS Mobile
My calves are the stubbornest fuckers ever. Why u no grow?!
having big calves are nice, but having bigger quads and hams are even more bau5. calves will grow as your hams grow.

trust me man, i've had this pain for years i've learned to live with it lool. get it checked out though...
Also, this is why you don't test your 1RM frequently... it will fuck you up...

What do you guys do when its workout day, and you have a headache? Do you skip or pop an advil and go for it? Or any other suggestions. I really don't want to skip.

since this is a bodybuilding thread I thought I'd ask here but it's off topic. I was wondering if any of you guys know that quote that goes something like "I can make a plain shirt look better than your name brand shirt or $300 shirt" obviously the person who said it is a built person
Finally got to try powerlifting shoes on friday for the first time.
PRed 305lbs back squat @143lbs below parallel belt less.
squats got noticeably more stable once I got past 225.
