compilation of my best lifts at the meet... some noise in the background, so added in some music was there for a total of 10 hours for two events. by the deadlift portion of the meet, i about passed out, so I decided to have my first ammonium experience, shit was pretty strong very happy with my lifts considering going into the meet sick.. 15-20lb PR for all three lifts as I had calculated. what i did not intend to do, was drop 7 lbs lol. I was literally 182lbs the night before.. next time, i'm bulking to 190-200ish. last but not least, I hit my very first double bodyweight paused bench. been looking forward to this day for a while |

Contemplating if I wanna go to a gym or invest in some compact dumbells. I have a barbell at home with enough plates for my weight, I just need dumbells and some marting for the kitchen area. I could spend about $400 or pay for a membership. Any opinions on working out at home guise ? |

been feeling some right shoulder pain right at the distal end of my clavicle, hurts like shit when I press on it or do any flat or incline bench pressing. I wake up from it at night time while sleeping when I turn to my right side. Anyone experienced this before? |

All in, excluding the elliptical, under a grand. there are pros/cons, but I prefer it this way. It's all about getting in the zone, i tell my wife if the door is closed down there, leave me/us alone, i won't respond to her if i'm lifting. once in a while i'll go to a gym with friends and pay drop in. |

beast mode instant...impressive ass bench and squat but be careful at 200, you might end up getting stuck in alot of doorways |
