I am all for real food but how the hell do i eat it lol.. what I mean is.. I work generally a 9ish to a 5ish workday.. most days its 9 to around 630ish.. I get home at 7, and hit the gym, I get home at about 830 and have my food.. Then I have a shake before bed.. I eat breakfast in the morning with a shake and have lunch around 1 and then a quick meal/snack at around 4ish.. I can only eat every 3 - 4 hours.. so HOW THE HELL DO YOU EAT MORE.. the nature of my work is that I am in meetings with employees for most of the day.. I am still getting my 250grams of protein a day but it has to be with shakes because I literally dont have time during the day to eat.. On weekends its a different story..
try having a massive breakfast that helps a lot if you don't have time to eat during the day. I usually give myself an hour to an hour and a half every morning just trying to consume a little over a thousand calories and around 90 grams of protein lol Posted via RS Mobile
just get an hour less man! It'll be worth it in the end. If you cook it before you go to sleep then you don't even need that extra hour

I feel almost the same way as you only I work at 4:30 am - 1:00 pm, I'm usually always on my feet and have no time to eat every 2 hours and it sucks
