Nothing fancy, but if you're a beginner, or maybe don't have time for the gym or whatever you're excuse is, this would be a great addition for a budget home gym

getting a power rack and some free weights wouldn't cost much more, or take that much space either. Much more versatile too imo. I think my rack is around 4x4 feet, and was only around $300.
No idea, my contract expired and just defaulted to month to month for that price, and they said that's just the plan I am on.

Any chance you guys can critique my work out schedule? I'm wanting to change it up for the spring. Feel free to let me know if anything is redundant, or if you think i should add certain exercises on specific days. I plan to do my big workouts at night, but would like to do a light workout at home before Work. So don't be afraid to toss suggestions.
Spoiler!
Day 1: chest
- bench press
- incline 180° dumbbell press
- low, mid, high cable flies
- military push ups
- forward leaning dips
Day 2: back

- barbell row
- t bar row
- underhand + overhand grip pulldowns
- wide grip chin ups
Day 3: legs

Do you guys think there's a difference between a diet induced deficit and a cardio induced deficit? (as long as you hit all of your macros of course) Posted via RS Mobile

In terms of body composition no, but dieting wont increase your cardiovascular endurance.

Uhh. It doesn't matte what you do. If you injest less calories in a day then you burn, you will lose weight. But if you are trying to lose weight, don't just diet obviously. Diet AND exercise. Posted via RS Mobile
