and why the hell would ur workout suffer cuz u ate fries, lol its just fat and carbs - both nutrients you need while exercising...
It's because i felt like poop. But the fries were great!
I don't restrict my intake, I eat everything, but just make better choices. lol. I just haven't had greecy food in a while, and since always even before I started working out, fries and stuff made me feel like poop.
btw. when i say never again, i don't mean never again lol. its always an overreaction

So many people taking selfies at the gym... Just by general glance I saw 5-6 people taking selfies. One was even asking someone to take pictures of him running on the treadmill wtf...

lol this happened to me when i walked into the change room at sports central
all these pinner asian kids were like flexing and taking selfies in the mirror, i washed my hands and gtfoutta there as fast as i could
