Slowly getting back into the groove after my disc injury... can't deadlift as much as before but I'm being more meticulous with my form. I'm actually grateful to have this experience even though it set me back on progress.
Switched over to higher volume and bodybuilding style workouts while still focusing on getting compound lifts up. Feels good to be squatting above 225 for reps again

yeah i had gastritis for about 3 weeks in december, could barely eat anything
also sprained my wrist around the same time so i turned into a potato in december- january and lost about 8-9 lbs

holy crap i havent been in this section in ages...my health went to shit and stopped working out..for over a year now. I wanna getback to it..i really honestly miss it =[ and i feel fat as fuck and am fat as fuck. worst feeling.
any recommendations on how to ease back into weightlifting without going full on t-rex mode for couple of days lol
