Haven't been able to work out for the last 4 days, i feel like mush because of it. Need to get back on track today!!! However I did take some time to do some stuff for fun, I was able to do 20 consistent push-ups, where as 2 months ago I couldn't even do 2. Low plank for 1min:30secs. C-sit plank hold for 45 secs. I guess after 3 days my muscles healed and are not sore anymore so I was able to complete all that with no issues. |
