Haven't been able to work out for the last 4 days, i feel like mush because of it. Need to get back on track today!!!

However I did take some time to do some stuff for fun, I was able to do 20 consistent push-ups, where as 2 months ago I couldn't even do 2. Low plank for 1min:30secs. C-sit plank hold for 45 secs. I guess after 3 days my muscles healed and are not sore anymore so I was able to complete all that with no issues.

Getting changed last night after workout, i caught myself in my zipper. I guess tonight's now a rest day

Never heard of it, but for the past 10 years I've had most of my pants splitting at the crotch just because of my body shape putting stress on that area.

I've been thinking of trying duluth ballroom jeans for a while.

if ur into bodybuilding stuff that's like THE gym to go to. i remember a few summers ago all the national and IFBB level bodybuilders, and big juiced up guys would train there. an old-timer that worked out there told me u should press them to waive the initiation fee, and get monthly billing. $23 biweekly was the deal i got and ur getting gypped. i left cus the membership was ridiculous

good gym tho if u got the papers

spaceman 04-26-2014 04:10 PM
