Got some improvements at the gym!... So since i started only about 3 months ago i was only able to deadlift a plate and quarter. Somehow the other day i deadlifted 3 plates for 1 rep barely. I was super shocked because my form wasnt that bad and i didnt expect to jump that quickly.

I've been out of the gym for ~2 weeks with an infection, doctors orders. Hopefully tomorrow night ill be back.

^^ Yes he does. I know that feel. I was out for 5 weeks after surgery. 12 stiches.

In fact, I want my strength back so I started 5x5 again. Works out because my schedule is only allowing for 3-4 days per week. Plus I really enjoy powerlifting.

this is a must watch for anyone looking to progress in their lifts. it helped me add to my lifts alot. make sure to sub to his channel, he has alot of great/informative vids

I'm looking into buying a single prong inzer belt. Does anybody here own one?
I heard people saying that inzer company takes forever to ship to Canada..
What other websites or locations would you guys suggest?

It took about 5 weeks for inzer to ship my belt and I didn't choose the black colour (black usually ships faster because they usually have it in stock).

They didn't give any shipping notice or traxking number and the belt just showed up at my door one morning.
