Getting closer to that 5 plate bench woot woot |
does anyone know if the "kaizen" brand natural whey 2kg from superstore is the same brand as "kaizen" brand whey isolate from costco 2kg? How is this kaizen brand quality wise also? on par with optimum nutrition and dymatize? or on par with six stars? |
no they are 2 diff brands the one that is not from costco is really good, have not bought protein in a while but when i do its that |
Kaizen whey isolate is a good simple CLEAN protein powder. None of this Popeyes shit packed with random creatine and bcaa's. Creatine, not even once |
^^ creatine is a naturally occurring compound so literally everytime ur eating a steak or whatever ur taking in creatine... |

What exercises can I do with a torn supraspinatus tendon? So far, my list consists of: - pistol squats - any leg machine - one armed rows (with the good arm) - one armed pushups - Core stuff (e.g. planks, crunches, etc) - Shoulder rehab Physio has said I'm not allowed to do: - Pushups, bench, pullups - Anything with overhead movements - Deadlifts (I suppose I can do a one armed one, but that's gimpy) I tried (and definitely can't do): - Front squats - Back squats |
Thanks to both the replies above, I bought the 2kg kaizen natural whey chocolate flavour from superstore for $30, first time in my life a protein shake that has no sweet taste to it, hence the "natural" name, I kinda like it, there is no after disgusting taste that I had when I drank 2 scoops of ON whey. Just hope the quality and ratio is good cuz I'm taking 2 or 3 scoops a day. |
Anyone still looking for an Inzer single prong belt? I have a black one. It's brand new never used. Let it go for $110. |

shoulder rehab is pretty broad, maybe u can elaborate on that a little bit. In terms of the upper body, stick with your rehab exercises for a few weeks, till the inflammation has settled down a bit. Compound movements like the big 3 require tremendous amount of stability and mobility in all joints of the body, something you clearly don't have Rehab exercises were prescribed to you so you can do exercises to rehab your shoulder... not so you can do other things and fuck it up even more. was it a partial tear or full tear? |

It was a partial tear and a small one at that. The bursa is inflamed so I'm treating with ice and nsaids. Shoulder rehab is the standard rotations with an exercise band and some isometric holds. Not much else I can do there. To be clear, I'm asking for other exercises I can do that don't involve the fucked shoulder. |

Can anyone recommend me a strength/mass program? Trying to put back on some size and strength after my injuries. |
hey guys, i'm traveling for approx a year with my wife and need some sort of regime that we can do with either just body weight or large bottles of water (6L etc) to atleast get/keep/gain some tone or if at all possible some muscle mass with it i know this sounds ridiculous but i've been gone for 2 months now i'm already down probably 10+lbs...had a little gut fat to loose before and for those who know you don't eat as much when travelling in hot climates like south east asia... thanks |

Heard on the radio Ronnie Coleman is making an appearance at Fuel in Victoria (on Douglas) Monday May 26 4pm-7pm. Spend $100 and get guaranteed time to talk with him. |
Sid, i did the 6 week program before, but my back isnt 100% yet, so i dont want to risk it by doing deadlifts. Anymore suggestions? |
