Running out of protein and am looking to try something new. Anyone have any recommendations? I am currently using Optimum and like the way it mixes well.
How about pre-workout? I am using prink lemonade muscle pharm. Don't really like how pre-workouts gets gritty towards the end. Are they still the case now? Let me know if it's not, but it's NBD in the end.

Anyone use compression arm sleeves to reduce soreness?
My arms get sore after workout and this recommendation appeared while I was researching.

doesnt work...however wearing elbow sleeves during ur workout helps reduce elbow pain by keeping ur joints warm
Mine are tight as fuck and I was wondering if they stretch out a bit. Slightly uncomfortable for regular workout use.
I've heard the thing compresses your knee good.. If anything though I'd take it as something positive.. helps with rebound outta the hole :P
For you strength peeps, started running sheiko 29 base cycle.. will update y'all on how it goes. I'm liking the sheer volume that this program has with light weights... great for building muscle mass, nervous system efficiency, movement development.

just got 245 on the bench for a rep.. pretty pumped about it.. so random too.. I just decided what the heck throw a 10 on as well and we will see what happens.. struggled a tad bit but ended up getting it up on my own.. YA BUDDDYYYYYY!!!
