So I have 14 days until Vegas and it's time to really buckle down.
The hardest part for me is leaving the house after I finally get home from work.
no more excuses! :P gym.jpg
I believe cars are meant to be driven. I see zero point in having a beautiful car and never driving it. Might as well have Miranda Kerr in your bed and sleeping on the ground cause you don't want to fudge her mascara...
We go through our entire lives being told what to do every step of the way. The garage was always the one place where you could indulge in your own passion, with not a care for the outside world.

my shifts at work have changed and now i havent gone to the gym since. im off too early and its busy as shit. so i go home and do laundry, dishes etc. by the time its midnight and i wanna gym, ive gotten lazy and tired. so fuck that. though i may find myself unemployed in the next few days so that solves that little issue.
Was only able to get 315x10 4 days ago (really hard), and 320x9 today (supposed to hit 10), followed by 10x3 310 (but had to drop it to 300 after the 3rd set due to the difficulty).
Dat feel when you aren't doing as well as you should
On a side note:
I tried to utilize RPE and daily undulating periodization, but can't get myself to continue it. I think it's more of a psychological thing where I feel like I need to hit a certain number every workout.

There are no principles, there are only events. There is no good and bad, there are only circumstances. The superior espouses events and circumstances in order to guide them.
Bench 315 for reps of 6-8.... DB in my gym only go to 135 and I can do those for 6-10 as well....
Hey Godzitrolla nothing you can do in the gym is gonna make any difference to you in 2 weeks..... sure you can diet down and see results from the kitchen aspect if you run diuretics but the gym ain't gonna do shit for you son.

You assume I did nothing but sit on my ass before this 2 weeks.
I still went to the gym, I just didn't go as hard. all I need is two weeks to get to my goal. I've done it before and can do it again.

What kind of exercises do you guys do to help with squats; feels like my glutes are too weak and I can't get out of the hole if I squat deep. I usually do 3 or 4 x 10 set depending if it's the first exercise I do.
