Can anyone recommend a good blender bottle?

I have a BlenderBottle but it is starting to leak.

Anyone heard or have the Umoro One bottles?

Tia.

I've had the same 2 blender bottles for 6 years now and they're both perfect.. No leaks or cracks and I've even dropped them a few times. If yours is leaking maybe it's defective and you just need a new one?

Has anyone used CanadianProtein before? I found them while looking to get a decent deal on protein. I can't easily cross the border anymore and 5lbs of ON here is like $90 . Is it worth getting or should I look into actual brands and just pay the extra?

Quick update:

Just finished my squat training cycle beltless using my belted max. I must say that this cycle was hard as fuck, but felt like I have made way more gains training belt less.

Hit 405x3 raw @ 162lb (RPE 9) during my last workout of the program. That is an all-time PR, plus I only had 100g of carbs and 5 hours of sleep the day prior.

Going to slap on a belt next week for hopefully a 445-455lb squat. Will have vid if I succeed brahs.

wow whatta beast... question: I know you have flat feet too - do you find your feet losing contact with the ground as you push your knees out and descend into the squat?

I had some stability issues (such as the one you mentioned, but more so during the ascend) back when I was squatting with regular Converse shoes. After switching to an elevated heel squat shoe, problem is fairly minimal.

EDIT: Actually thinking about it now, I think I do remember having the same issue you are having...but was definitely improved from the shoes

hmm interesting. I've been using dowins for a little over a year now - do you feel like the design of shoes like adipowers or romaleos justifies me switching over to them? Is there a notable difference between what I'm wearing right now, and "higher end" shoes like adipowers or romaleos?

do wins have a .5 inch heel whereas romaelos and adipowers are .75 inch...makes a noticeable difference when you squat

in my opinion, the build quality of the romaelos are much higher than the do wins
