Guess you didn't see this Sid hope you can answer this for me.
Pinched my sciatic nerve, and feeling pain upon lumbar flexion. Tingling aches along my butt, IT, and calves as well. Feels bad man; can't skwat or deadlift :okay: :okay: | hmm, i think you're supposed to run the cube method with a training max, however the main "competition lift" reps seemed too light
i think if ur 2nd movement is too light u can do two things
1) base your secondary movements off ur 1rm for those secondary movements (just kinda estimate if you dont know ur 1rm)
2) move your secondary movements around to another day so you're fresh. so like you can do the olympic squats on another day instead of your main squat day, block pulls etc
im a fan of the 2nd option let me know if you end up doing that
for example, m w f you can do the cube days, and then Thursday and Saturday you can do the secondary movement Quote:

What's with the hype on deadlifting ? Most of you don't have the physical build to deadlift heavy. Have you seen what pro power lifters look like ? Exactly. Ease up on the weight and aim on higher reps, none of this 2-3 rep bullshit. You will look and feel a lot better, and your back/joints will thank you. What's the point of deadlifting 500 pounds when you look like shit all around ? Who you trying to impress ? Ronnie Coleman ? Look at him now. | okay thanks for your advice. will stop squatting and deadlifting now |
