boxers under compression shorts, I can only imagine how uncomfortable that must feel
I wore it without. When I put boxers on to try it it felt awkward and the pants slid down so much and gave me plumber ass lol but then you realize you gotta wash them like every time you use them lol

Keep it up! Tighten up the diet, it's REALLY important. I didn't really start losing weight until I was in the 1400 cals range. I started at 220 lbs last february and got down to 176 in about 6 or 7 months before going into gainz mode.
At 300 lbs you should be able to lose about 100 lbs pretty easily just with diet and weight training. From there you can start cardio and really melt it off.
+1, I went to the bryce lewis one a few months back, well worth the money
There's a difference between being strong and being a good teacher/instructor. Watching his videos, Bryce Lewis seems pretty articulate (and happens to be strong too). Wish I went to that one. Dan green is strong no doubt, but not sure if his seminar is worth a bill though.
