I have a slight dad bod. Nothing major. 32" jeans. I was 210, now sitting at 250 so I would say I didn't lose much of anything. I never dipped below 240 at all. My strength took the biggest hit but that's coming back super fast.

Been 3 weeks back now and the difference is very noticeable!

Tour de france started Sunday Got dat der test flu now though.... fucking sucks.

Berz out.

Where do you guys buy your workout gear?

I don't need anything flashy but rather some quality affordable pieces ie. T shirts and shorts w/ pockets.

Took a look at winners today, saw some UA and Adidas "dri-fit" shirts for $19.99 to $24.99. Sweats started at $39.99.

That's essentially half of the retail store prices!

Fuark men. Noob gains again. Loving this comeback. Feel like I'm getting bigger by the day. 257lbs today. Up 7lbs since New Years. This is compounded with the fact that I'm losing the slight belly I seemed to develop after a year off. Strength is coming back nicely too did 7x10@225 today for bench.

Berz out.

Exactly, those are not real reps. Why not bring the bar to your chest like you should??

you have a lot of explosive strength. clearly, good genetics for the compound lifts. not a lot of people can do 315+ at your weight.

form is shit though, very little of your bench is coming from your leg drive. Also, your lockout is virtually non-existent. Yeah you touched your chest, but you actually have to finish the lift rather than letting your spotters curl it for you. Wobbly as fck too, maybe switch over to the smith machine. If you want to learn how to bench, ask sid vicious to send you some vids.

Spoiler!

I've been doing the 5x5 Program since Sept. Worked my way from 185lb squats to now 385 lbs squats parallel.

In high bar position, I'm noticing when I go down, the bar slides down slightly forcing me to roll it back up when i go up.

How can I correct this?

thanks
